New Patient Information

The Center for Diseases & Surgery of the Spine is currently accepting new patients. Below is some information that might be useful if you would like to come into our office. If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, feel free to contact us at (702)878-8370.

Before you can be scheduled to see Dr. Thalgott, you are required to come to a pre-workup appointment to discuss information regarding your injury/pain, so the doctor can review your concerns before your appointment.  Upon arrival to the office, you must have your paperwork completely filled out, your insurance card, and picture identification.  Also, please bring all x-rays, MRI, CT scans, and any other tests (please bring the actual films) with you to your appointment.
